Meet the Team

Joe Ionata, Managing Partner

 

 Joe Ionata is a highly experienced and accomplished real estate professional with a proven track record of success. He has been a resident of the Tampa Bay area for over 50 years and has built an impressive career in the industry.

After graduating from Florida State University with a Major in Economics and a Minor in Business, Joe pursued a college coaching career at several universities, including East Carolina University, Clemson, and the University of Georgia. Following his coaching career, Joe has a proven track record of investment success in the real estate industry. He has owned and managed dozens of properties, skillfully utilizing his expertise to flip properties and convert them into profitable rental assets.

With a passion for helping others invest in rental properties, Joe became a licensed Real Estate Agents and continued to expand his business. Joe's vast experience and network eventually led him to secure a deal with the nation's largest single home owner corporation, where he successfully managed a team that rented out 800 homes in an 18-month period and helped the main company acquire a dozen properties for their portfolio.

Despite his focus on high-end rentals, Joe's vast experience and expertise enable him to manage all types of rental properties, including Sec 8 rentals and investment opportunities. 

Gary Harles, Leasing Director

 

Gary is a highly-educated professional who graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Economics, specializing in Monetary Policy and complemented with a minor in Business. His extensive international travel and exposure to diverse cultures has provided him with a unique perspective that is advantageous in the business world.

Gary began his career in the highly competitive Real Estate industry in Los Angeles, California, where he has excelled due to his strong work ethic and exceptional interpersonal skills. He has worked for several leading Real Estate Investment Trusts, as well as boutique firms, where he has played a key role in overseeing large commercial assets.

Gary's expertise in the Real Estate market includes facilitating the sales of properties and managing leasing and listings. His exceptional analytical skills and deep understanding of the market dynamics have been instrumental in developing and executing successful business strategies for his clients. Gary's vast experience and exceptional track record make him a highly sought-after professional in the industry.
