Meet the Team

Joe Ionata, Managing Partner

Joe Ionata is a highly experienced and accomplished real estate professional with a proven track record of success. He has been a resident of the Tampa Bay area for over 50 years and has built an impressive career in the industry.

After graduating from Florida State University with a Major in Economics and a Minor in Business, Joe pursued a college coaching career at several universities, including East Carolina University, Clemson, and the University of Georgia. Following his coaching career, Joe has a proven track record of investment success in the real estate industry. He has owned and managed dozens of properties, skillfully utilizing his expertise to flip properties and convert them into profitable rental assets.

With a passion for helping others invest in rental properties, Joe became a licensed Real Estate Agents and continued to expand his business. Joe's vast experience and network eventually led him to secure a deal with the nation's largest single home owner corporation, where he successfully managed a team that rented out 800 homes in an 18-month period and helped the main company acquire a dozen properties for their portfolio.

Despite his focus on high-end rentals, Joe's vast experience and expertise enable him to manage all types of rental properties, including Sec 8 rentals and investment opportunities.

Petra Byers, Leasing Director

Petra Byers is an experienced real estate professional serving the Tampa Bay area since 2005, known for her refined, results-driven approach and commitment to exceptional service. Her expertise spans residential and luxury homes, investment properties, rentals, short sales, and select commercial transactions.

In addition to her strong sales background, Petra also now focuses on leasing and property management, offering comprehensive solutions for property owners and investors seeking to maximize returns while ensuring professional asset management.

With hands-on experience in both office management and the title side of real estate, Petra brings deeper knowledge to every transaction, ensuring a smooth and seamless process from start to finish.

Originally from the Czech Republic and a Tampa Bay resident since 2002, Petra is fluent in Czech, Slovak, Polish, and English. She is passionate about helping clients not just lease, buy, or sell real estate, but find a place they are truly proud to call home or make their investment as profitable as possible.
