Application fee of $75.00 per adult will need to be collected before any application is submitted for processing. Please be sure to include the property address or any additional applicant name that is included in the application fee. 

*Application fees are non-refundable if applications are submitted for processing. Any applications received and payments confirmed will be processed immediately.
